Mothers Day Card using Spring Mini Wedding Set

Here is a Mothers Day Card I made for one of my Nephews to give to his Mum.

I used the Wedding set from the Spring Mini Catalogue.  I started by colouring straight on to the flower stamp and randomly stamping the flowers in the bottom corner of the card.  I then used the edge of the Elizabeth stamp around the top.

The label was then stamped and using the words from the family set.

This was all then layered up with baby pink and on a yellow card.  Very springlike I think

Bundle of Love Baby Boy Card

My friend was due to have a baby at the end of last week so this card and the one posted a few days ago were my two cards depending on whether she had a boy or girl.  Just found out a little girl.

This card is made using the Bundle of Love stamp set, page 42 of catalogue and priced at £21.95.  This was stamped using a variety of stamps from the one set - the pram, baby, bootees and little babygro.  It was then coloured with Promarkers to match the papers and then layered up on the Designer Series Paper Stack (subtles) from page 99 of the catalogue and priced at £19.50 for 40 12x12 sheets and the baja breeze card from the A4 smooth card stock set (subtles) page 92 of the catalogue for 24 various coloured A4 sheets at £6.25.

If you were to buy these three items  it would come to just over £47 and you would then get one of the Sale-A-Bration sets free.

Everything Eleanor Flourish CAS Card

Here is a lovely simple card using a design layout borrowed from Michelle Last's fantastic blog  I thought this style was very clean and simple (CAS) even though it took a bit longer than I expected.  I did however work on the basis of a one sheet wonder by stamping the cream cardstock all over with the flourish from the Everything Eleanor stamp set (page

I then cut this into four strips for each card.  I then punched two very long strips of co-ordinating card to go down the sides and adhered this to both sides of the four strips.  I then chose a sentiment, any would do and stamped this straight on to the actual card and punched out a selection of butterflies.  I then dotted some pearls down the body of the butterflies and hey presto, card done.

Four cards were made in this style, with birthday, get well and sympathy all done on the same format.

Baby Girl Card - Bundle of Love

Today's card is made from the lovely Stampin Up Bundle of Love stamp set (page 42 of main catalogue - £21.95).  I started with the pram, then added the baby and the bootees to the picture.  This was then coloured in with Promarkers.  I then stamped three of the babygros from the same set and coloured them then cut them out.

The background papers are all from the designer paper stacks, subtles collection (page 99 of the main catalogue - £19.50 for a pack of 40 12x12 sheets).

If you were to buy this stamp set along with the paper stack and the co-ordinated A4 smooth cardstock pack in the subtles range it would come to just over £47 and you would be eligible for the Sale-A Bration.
